Coca-Cola is one of the world’s best-known brands. Every day, 1.6 billion of its products are consumed, in more than 200 countries. Of course, such prestigious standing also means great responsibility, and the company’s bottling operation therefore observes the strictest hygiene and quality standards. This explains why a few weeks ago the Coca Cola Europe’s Electrical & Automation Manager, decided that in future the company’s 40 or so bottling plants in Scandinavia, the UK, France, the Benelux countries and Germany will only use ÖLFLEX® ROBUST power and control cables.

Coca Cola requires very high standards of hygiene at all its plants. Regular cleaning and maintenance procedures put enormous strains on components, and so the Coca Cola were eager to finally find a totally durable and reliable cable.
